We are proud to have held the awards ceremony for the Internship Competitions organised jointly with INECO and the Spanish Engineering Institute in such an emblematic setting as the UPM School of Civil Engineering, a historic environment that perfectly symbolises what we are looking for: talent and vision for the future.
In this edition, we have once again seen growth in the number of participants and, above all, the extraordinary level of the projects presented. Excellence is no longer the exception, but the norm.
Congratulations to Celia García, Lucía Álvarez and Aída Arquero (4th Competition for Excellence in Internships and Scholarships at Ineco) and Juan Modesto Espinosa (6th Competition for Excellence in Engineering Student Internships), examples of the potential that drives our country forward.
Our thanks go to Ineco and the Spanish Engineering Institute for recognising the talent of the participants, as well as to José Miguel Atienza Riera, Director of the Higher Technical School of Civil Engineering in Madrid, and Vicente Negro Valdecantos, Professor at the UPM, for reminding us that engineering without humanism loses its meaning.
We continue to move forward: we will soon be launching a new call for applications to continue identifying and recognising the talent that is already building the future.
