REDFUE endorses the “Young Talent Promoting Company” Seal, a certification applicable to large and small companies

The University-Business Foundation (FUE) has awarded the first three “Young Talent Promoting Company” certifications to BBVA, ACCIONA and Telefónica at the Palacio de Santoña. This new seal recognises organisations that stand out for their commitment to training interns and their commitment to developing young talent under standards of quality and excellence.

The Spanish Network of University-Business Foundations (REDFUE) has expressed its support for the seal as a project that can be replicated nationwide, highlighting its potential to strengthen collaboration between universities and companies of all sizes. ‘This seal reflects the power of networking and can become a transformative tool for any organisation that trains talent, from large corporations to SMEs,’ said Fernando Martínez, president of REDFUE.

The certification system, endorsed by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce and verified by Cámara Certifica, assesses five key areas: internship design, selection, onboarding, mentoring and additional training. In addition to recognising good practices, it offers guidance on improving the management of young talent and creating quality learning environments.

With this initiative, the FUE and REDFUE reinforce their commitment to youth employability and educational innovation, promoting a model that aims to establish itself as a benchmark throughout the country.
