REDFUE meets with the Secretary General of the Demographic Challenge, Francés Boya, and presents its strategic lines for 2023

The Red de Fundaciones Universidad-Empresa met on 2 February in Madrid with the Secretary General of the Demographic Challenge, highlighting the need to take university-business collaboration to the territories.

At this meeting, the Talent Wheel Initiative was presented, a pilot project for the mobility and structuring of the territory in danger of depopulation in the field of university-business collaboration.

The Talent Wheel highlights the value of the collaboration of the company with the university in its four main lines of action: training, knowledge transfer, entrepreneurship, internships and scholarships and, therefore, talent and employment. It also presented real cases of development and the potential of the different ecosystems, demonstrating that personal and professional development in the territory is possible.

During the meeting, the EU Success Stories initiative was also presented. Pilot project to identify the best success stories of university-business collaboration and its contribution to economic and social development in the territories.
