TALENTOTECA is an initiative of the University-Business Foundation that aims to:

MOTIVEM
Motivem is a training program of the University of Valencia, directed by the Vice-Rector for Employment and Training Programs through the ADEIT University-Business Foundation, which aims to support the efforts of university professors who stimulate the creativity of students by coordinating the development of ideas. team up.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE PROGRAM OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ALMERIA
Its purpose is to promote teaching innovation and increase UAL's collaboration with companies and institutions.
The exchange projects consist of short stays for staff from the University of Almería in companies and institutions, and the temporary participation of managers and technicians from companies and institutions in the academic activities of the University.
Through this program, the UAL wants to promote the institution's relationship with the Almeria business community by generating enriching professional experiences that favor the transmission of scientific, technical or artistic knowledge, in different areas and activities developed at the University, a great value for the practical training of students.
